Everyone here is on first-name terms, from apprentice to boss. We have coffee together before work starts and share breakfast and lunch, outside when the weather is good. At weddings and births the whole crew turns up, and partners are explicitly invited to the Christmas party and summer party.
Once a year we travel together. 2025 it was Montenegro with a three-day buggy tour through the mountains; the next trip is in September 2026. Plus bowling and pub nights in Hachenburg, a summer barbecue and a Christmas party on the last working day.
Mistakes are addressed and solved together, not covered up – everything comes out at commissioning anyway. Knowledge is shared, not hoarded; the goal is that everyone can do everything. No rigid corporate scheme for programming – what matters is that the result and documentation are right.
New York, Tegernsee, Montenegro – commissioning jobs take you out of the workshop. Nothing is off the shelf, every customer wants something different. And without working emission control, entire plants stand still: your work keeps production running.

Technology
You will be involved in our operations early on and take on responsibility. After the apprenticeship it continues: further qualification as a master craftsman or technician and a move into project management in our technical office.
