2. Hosting and provision of the website
This website is provided via the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and delivered through the Cloudflare network. When pages are accessed, technically necessary data is processed, in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer and browser and device information (server log files).
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely, stably and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out; it is based on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Visitor statistics and cookies
The hosting platform records page views for statistical and diagnostic purposes (e.g. page accessed, referrer, browser language, loading times). The following cookies are set: “session-id” (session assignment, 30 minutes from the last page view), “__dpl” (delivery of the correct website version, approx. 24 hours) and “__cf_bm” (protection against automated access by Cloudflare, 30 minutes).
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies; there is no screen or click recording. The legal basis for accessing your device is Section 25 TDDDG, for further processing Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact form and quick application
If you contact us via a form, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, phone number, subject, message or desired position) to handle your enquiry or application. The data is stored in a database of our hosting provider (Lovable Cloud, data centre in the EU/Ireland) and is only accessible to authorised persons at our company.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contract or employment relationship, for applications in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact by email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
6. Fonts (Google Fonts)
For consistent display we use the font “Open Sans”, which is loaded from servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google; a transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. 7. Map display (OpenStreetMap)
On the contact page we embed a map from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the map service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing our location in an easy-to-find way (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 8. External images and links
The certification marks (UL 508A, IT certificate) are loaded from an external image server (images.siteface.net); your IP address is transmitted to the provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our Instagram profile is only linked – data is only transmitted when you click the link.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
